5K Run/Walk

The 5K Run/Walk is a family friendly course which is a relatively flat out and back course starting on the town square and going out Main Street to the highway and back.

Schedule

• 6:30AM – 7:25AM – Packet Pickup
• 7:30AM – Race Start
• 9:00AM – All runners must be off the course by

Race Amenities

All participants registered by 10/9 will receive a free race shirt

Post race refreshments will be provided.

Parking

Parking in Lynchburg on Barbecue Saturday can be challenging. The square and Wiseman Park will be closed to parking. The Craig Street Park and the Lynchburg Elementary School may be the best bets for ample parking. Both are a short walk to the square. There are also several businesses and homes close to the square which allow parking in their lots/yards for a small fee. The parking process may take a little time to navigate, so plan on arriving early.
